I’m excited for you to learn how gentle, therapeutic movement can help improve mobility and address chronic pain.

Below you’ll find 4 pre-recorded classes. Please start with the Week 1 video, and practice this video 1-3 times within the span of 1 week before moving on to the Week 2 video. Continue to follow this pattern until all 4 weeks are complete.
