Through her work as a healthcare provider, Ayesha has witnessed first hand how rehabilitative movement exercises are a crucial part of treatment with patients to yield long-term and lasting results. The problem being that most patients forget to do their homecare, mainly because they lack access to quality content they could use in the comfort of their own homes.

Ayesha made it her mission to provide accessible therapeutic movement to the general population, giving her the purpose and drive to create HealthyHips®
